SDG 2023 Report

The SDG 2023 Report Special Edition warns the world could miss the targets on poverty, education and climate change, unless urgent actions are taken. This paints a gloomy picture of the future if we don’t act now.

2030 Predictions

Under the current trends, 575 million people will still be living in extreme poverty by 2030, and 84 million children and youth will be out of school.

Climate Changes

Even more chilling, the Earth is on the edge of climate disaster. Our planet will cross the 1.5 degrees Celsius threshold by 2035, and overshoot to 2.1 degrees Celsius by 2100. Severe heat waves, flooding, droughts and wildfires will become more frequent.
